What's included in each plan?
Free gets you started with basic tracing and monitoring. Pro unlocks higher limits, longer retention, team features, and custom domains. Team is for growing organizations with full access.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the remaining balance is credited.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We use soft limits. You'll get a notification when approaching your quota. Ingestion continues but you'll be prompted to upgrade.
Is there a trial for Pro?
Yes, Pro includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What payment methods do you accept?
